Q) How do I purchase packs?
A) Go to oddlymint.com buy your products and then come back to the stream to see your packs opened live
Q) When are orders shipped?
A) Orders are shipped every Friday. This allows you to make multiple purchases, across several streams, while only paying one shipping fee.
Q) Why are the packs more expensive than in the store?
A) We do not have wholesale pricing. This means we have to purchase the packs at retail cost and then factor in protective shipping measures.
Q) Will I receive all the cards in the pack that is opened?
A) YES. If you want your bulk cards they can be sent. They are otherwise donated. All hits (reverse holo and up) will be sleeved and ultra rares will be protected by top loaders.
Q) How are cards shipped?
A) If it shines it gets a sleeve. Ultra rares and up get a top loader. All of your cards will be shipped in a team bag inside a bubble mailer. Larger orders are placed in multiple bubble mailers inside a box.
Q) I’ve purchased a pack. What happens, in regards to shipping, if I purchase another pack within the same stream?
A) We ship product once a week. When you pay shipping it is good for any order within that week. In special cases where you purchase at the end of the week you can choose to postpone shipment into the next week to maximize savings.
Q) Where do you ship?
A) For now we ship anywhere inside the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping for outside the United States cost more and is done twice a month.
Q) What is your refund policy?
A) All sales are FINAL. The nature of this business does not permit for refunds. In EXTREME cases of courier mishandling refunds will be considered. In these cases the product must be returned in the state it was received and all shipping information is required to file a case with the shipping entity.
Q) Can I delete my account/information?
A) Yes. By law, in certain jurisdictions, it is required that customers be able to delete their account/data. You can do so manually from the my account page. We have prepared a helpful guide for this process located here. Exercise caution when deleting your account. The information will be gone forever and we have no way of recovering it for you.
